The grandlady with incomparable love and passion for cooking. She devoted her time for nearly 30 years in attaining culinary expertise up to the point of perfection. The ‘mother’ of Town’s Delight is a BS Education, major in Home Economics graduate of the University of the East and pursued further culinary studies at the Philippine Women’s University and other known culinary schools in the Philippines. Married to the affectionate Tata Pepe, who supported her passion, her boundless energy, perserverance and hardwork enabled her to nurture her small business venture to become the institution which it is today…
Mr. Andrew Pacumio
The person on top of Town’s Delight’s operation is an educator, artist and social worker who expects the men and women of his company to exert their best effort all the time. No more, no less.
As the president and general manager of Town’s Delight, Mr. Andrew Pacumio takes charge of the overall operation of the company ensuring that it maintains its current esteemed status, its quality of services as well as the caliber of its workforce.
He never stops breaking new grounds by introducing new and fresh ideas and programs. His novel ideas have further brought the company to where it is today. With his unassuming stance and professional demeanor, he has always inspired his people to go the extra mile putting the customers’ satisfaction and welfare always at the forefront.
To train and empower the company’s workforce as he believes that they are the heart of the business operation, he initiates skills and leadership training for his employees, sends them to values formation activities and arranges career development programs for them. In fact, they often visit institutions like Nestle Philippines to observe the company’s best practices. Experts on food handling and management are also regularly invited to train Town’s personnel to always ensure customer satisfaction.
As a founding director of the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines for five years now, Mr. Pacumio often takes the lead in holding events and programs meant to benefit the food and catering industry. He pioneered the holding of culinary festivals and bridal fairs in Cavite, one of which is My Wedding in Tagaytay Wedding Festival that is held annually. He also spearheaded a food show called The Taste of Cavite held at SM Dasmariñas in 2005. Aside from all of these, he is also a regular participant of the annual Wedding Expo participated by reputable wedding vendors from all over the country.
Since Town’s Delight has already established its reputation in the catering industry, Mr. Pacumio is likewise a sought-after speaker at colleges and universities and even at TESDA when forums and seminars are about food preparation and handling, wellness and health, success in the catering business, or people management.
Mr. Andrew Pacumio is a graduate of AB Economics at San Beda College. While finishing his degree, he was a student leader and an honor student, being a member of the Student Council, the Glee Club and the Bedan Honors Society.
In 1987, Mr. Pacumio got involved in a series of social and mission work for it was his passion at that time. He stayed at the Smokey Mountain and worked with the scavengers and the urban poor. There, he also handled the Day Care Center and taught little children the basics of education. Still part of his mission endeavor, he entered the Christ the King Seminary, an entity managed by the SVDs and the Redemptorist Church and was a diligent student for three years. Moreover, he studied at Polytechnic University of the Philippines to specialize in cooperatives under the Philippine Union of Cooperatives in order to empower the poor in uplifting their lives. An educator at heart, he also worked at the Bataan Refugee Center teaching people of different races and backgrounds. As if these were not enough, Andrew packed his bags and went off to Cambodia and Vietnam to climax his social and mission work.
It may be true that Andrew Pacumio has long completed his social and mission work to help the underprivileged sector of the society. However, he has not really stopped serving people, or helping out the needy, or promoting values, or making people happy and satisfied because he is still doing all those things through Town’s Delight’s every endeavor.

The lovely wife of Mr. Andrew Pacumio, an educator by profession, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. She has been engaged in catering business for almost 10 years now as chef, after the retirement of Mama Cely. She studied in different culinary schools to upgrade her artistry on food industry. Maria Sunnel Pacumio
